We provide meaningful recognition and feedback to others.Job DescriptionTechnical Support Engineer is responsible to manage and resolve support requests, provide guidance to internal departments and develop and implement data collection and reporting applications on the Forsta Plus platform.Responsibilities include:Product Support: Respond to a wide range of product-related and technical questions regarding the use and operation of our productsCommunicate with clients via email, chat and phone to troubleshoot issues and clarify requirementsManage client expectations around questionsProvide guidance to internal departments (Sales, Services, Product Management, etc).Work with the Sales and Services teams to develop concepts and implement demos that showcase our platform’s value in targeted verticalsFollow company security and privacy policies and related procedures, and ensure proper safeguarding of information and data made accessible to youQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar Technical degreeExperience in programming and a sound understanding of how web-based solutions are builtExcellent communication with both customers and internal stakeholdersAdditional InformationDon’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
